Yoga Training That Moves Beyond Flexibility
We focus on wellness practices that support real physical and mental shifts, taught by people who practice what they teach.
What Makes This Work
These programs are built for people who want structured learning and consistent practice, not quick fixes.
Weekly Live Sessions
Every session is interactive and live. You practice with others, ask questions in real time, and get feedback on your form and approach. Recordings are available, but the value comes from showing up.
Structured Progression
Each course follows a clear path from foundational poses to more advanced sequences. You build on what you learned the week before, with checkpoints to ensure you're ready to move forward.
Small Group Format
Classes are capped at eighteen participants. This keeps the environment focused and allows instructors to observe everyone's practice and offer individual adjustments when needed.
Practice Outside Class
You'll need to practice between sessions. We provide guided routines and video references, but the responsibility to maintain consistency is yours. Progress depends on regular practice.
Learning Alongside Others Who Care
Our participants come from across Ukraine, connecting through a shared interest in yoga as a wellness practice. The group format creates accountability and offers perspective you won't get from solo practice.
Discussion happens in dedicated channels where participants share observations, troubleshoot challenges, and exchange what they're learning. Instructors are present in these spaces and contribute regularly.
Scale That Reflects Commitment
These numbers represent people who completed full courses and stayed engaged through the entire program duration.
Who Teaches These Programs
Our instructors have been practicing yoga for years and teaching for at least five. They hold certifications from recognized training programs and continue their own education. More importantly, they practice daily and understand the challenges students face.
Liudmyla Soroka
Fourteen years of practice, certified through Yoga Alliance. Focuses on alignment and breath work.
Orest Bilous
Specializes in slower practices that support nervous system regulation and deep tissue release.
Tetiana Holovko
Trained in Mysore tradition, teaches structured sequences with emphasis on consistent practice rhythm.
Who This Is For and Who It Isn't
You'll Fit Here If
- You're willing to practice at least three times per week outside of class
- You can commit to attending live sessions or watching recordings within two days
- You're comfortable asking questions and participating in group discussions
- You want to understand why poses work, not just how to perform them
- You're prepared to invest twelve weeks in building a consistent practice
This Won't Work If
- You're looking for a casual drop-in class with no structure
- You expect results without practicing between sessions
- You need immediate physical transformation promises
- You prefer learning entirely on your own without feedback
- You can't dedicate time to both live sessions and independent practice
